Lars(no tattoo) and Chris are on the bed and tie each other up for some laughs.  Lars goes first and is very ticklish on his upperbody. His feet get attention, but Chris prefers his friend to suffer so keeps going back to his armpits and ribs. After some time they switch and Chris now regrets being so mean. Lars very much enjoys being on the torturing end and takes a lot of pleasure making his friend squirm. Near the end a secret thigh spot is found and Lars has fun with that.
